Healthcare Heroes are invited to a little bit of R&R at the Seastar Wellness Studio. The program welcomes all healthcare workers particularly those exhausted by COVID-19. Our program includes opportunities for sharing our stories, expressive arts, snippets of meditation and practices for renewal, to support you and your journey.
