About the event
Healthcare Heroes are invited to a little bit of R&R at the Seastar Wellness Studio. The program welcomes all healthcare workers particularly those exhausted by COVID-19. Our program includes opportunities for sharing our stories, expressive arts, snippets of meditation and practices for renewal, to support you and your journey. Know someone who might benefit from a bit of R&R? Gift certificates are available.
In the interest of everyone's safety, all guests should be fully vaccinated and plan to wear a mask while at Seastar, as advised by the CDC. We monitor suggested guidelines regularly so masking requirements may change at any time.
